How Do I Place An Order?
We accept any cash (COD) or by bank transfer to Maybank if you want to make an online purchases. You can contact one of our representative to make an order and they will given you more detail on the account which you have to make a payment with. Please be informed you will need to provide your full name, address, item, colour code and email to our representive so we can process your purchased.
Payment & Shipping
Onced we received the payment and proof of your purchased we will send you the purchase receipt by email. We will ship the item on the same day if we were received the payment before 12PM. We will provide you the tracking number once we ship the item. Please be note it will take 1-2 working days before the item arrive at your premises via Poslaju.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank account policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
